My World: May 2012

I keep having this dream so i will put it in a story for all you to read :-D
( i will put a bit adout who i am im story/dream first)

Well my name is Sam and i am my late 20 and i am a new lifeguard to bondi beach i lived england and became a lifeguard they then gave me a training tip to sydney bondi for a year then after that hoppo asked if i wanted to work on bondi beach in his team and i said yes so i move over to sydney and got a home right across from bondi beach after about 5 month of working with them they came up with a nicename for me well Reidy did and every one loved it, my nicename wad BABY BONDI becoz i was the baby of the team and i worked on Bondi.

Well it was Munday and it was really sunny and by 10am the beach was packed with people from all over the world i was just starting to get used to the largh crowds off people on the beach after my traing year and now working here.

I was stashond in the lifeguard tower where it was nice and cool with Reidy we where chating about how funny thing can get when you come in to work in the morning and you get all the drunk people telling you all there storys will we had are eyes on the water and beach for a really packed beach this where going really well but then out off no where came the blue bottles then thing stared to go fast

"and i was thinking today was going to go slow" i said looking at Reidy who just smiled and worked over to the tower door where a little girl was crying "hey there cuty whats rong" said Reidy as he nelt down to her level " she been stug by a blue bottle on her leg" the little girls mum said " ahhh ok well come in here and sit on the chear next to Sam she will give you some ice and wash your leg to make it bettet" Reidy said as he ponted at me, the little girl warked over to me and sat on the chear i pulled over to me " hello there my name is Sam whats your name" i asked her she had stop crying a little now but it was still hurting her but puting on a brave face she looked at me and said " my name is holly and i am 6 years old" "well hello holly now which leg hurts" i said giving her my best frendly smile she ponted at her right leg so i rud my hand together to make them worm and pick up her right leg to have a closer look and found a cupel of the blue bottle tenticiles on her leg i picked them "ok i all i need to do now is get wome fresh water to wash it then some ice to put on it ok" i said look at her as she looked at me back and noded her head i the stod up and walk over to the ice box to get some ice "excuse me Reidy" i said to Reidy who was standing in frunt of the ice box " migec word" he said smiling " emmm plz with a cherry on top" i replied, Reidy smiled then moved to the side " so how it going then Dr Baby Bondi" he said will looking at me then ou the windows of the tower "its going good" i said as i filled up a bag with ice and tied it up and picked up a bottle off fresh water "thats good then" he replied smiling as he still watchs out the windows i then warked back over to holly ane sat back down "ok here we go i will wash your leg with water then put the on it and you shod he good to go" i said as i washed her with the wather then puth the ice in it i then looked at Holly' s mum and said "ok all done it will still hurt a little bit but is all good" " thank you sam" said Holly's mum " thank you nice lifeguard Sam" said Holly as she hops of the chera and walks out the tower holding her mums hand.

It is now 6pm not long to pack up time i was now down the south end of Bondi keeping watch i cod see a young man swimming i called to him to move over to the red and yellow flags but it look like he cod not hear me then a big set of waves came and he look like he need a little help so i grad the life bored and pabbel out to him but when i got there he was gone i cod not see him at all so i looked around a bit more to see if he had moved over to the flags or back on to the beach i go back on the beach and radioed the tower " Sam to Bondi tower"
" Bondi tower to Baby Bondi" said Deano over the radio " yeah i need some help i had my eyes on a young man and when i pabble out to him and when i got there he was gone" i said wored back over the radio " ok sam dont worey i will get some help to you and get the choper out looking to just keep carm" Deano said back to me will i was.still watching the water and the beach at the same time trying to find the young man.

5 mins go by and the choper is out looking over sutching the water will myself, Reidy, Chappo and Deano surch on the beach.

Its now been 1 hour sine he went missing
" god where cod he have gone i had my eyes on him and every thing" i said strting to blame myself that he has gone missing
"hey dont start blaming yourself Sam its happend to all off us a one point" said Deano cunferting me
" Hoppo to Deano choper got nothing the water is clear" said Hoppo over the radio " yeah got that thanks Hoppo" Deano replied "so he must be on the beach" i said turning around looking all over the beach that i cod see "good thing thete is no drowning we just had missing now or he is found" said Chappo " yeah you right" i said looking a Chappo then around the beach again.

We keepet looking for a bit more after that i then came to 8pm and i was still on the beach " i think you shod go home and get some rest Sam" said Hoppo, i look at him then to the water " yeah thanks see you tomorrow then Hoppo" i said as i got up of my set i picket up my bag i had under the tabul and put it over my sholder and walk out of the tower and down the stears " see you tomorrow Deano" i said as i seen Deano puting the life bords away
" yeah Sam see you get some rest" said Deano

It two days later so its wendsday and it about 2pm and i have came back from lunch and after munday i thot thing cod not get any more worser but is can
" cool your back in the time you have been away we have had 5 shark seeings" said Maxi " can this week get any bader" i said as i put my bag in it spot i all ways put it
" right i just got a 6th porson say they have seen a shark i think we shod sound the alarm" said Hoppo coming in the lifeguard tower he looks over to Reidy who was right next to the alarm button and nodes Reidy then press the button and the alarm filled the air and people stared to leav the water "Samand Reidy can you to go out on the Jet Ski and have a lookbat the Shark net and if there no Shark habe a dive down and see how its going" said Hoppo looking at me and Reidy " am diving" said Reidy " that means i am diving then ok fine by me not been down there yet" i said picking up some goggels.

I finsh geting change and went down to the Jet Ski which Reidy and Deano have put all reay in the water
" right ready" said Reidy looking at me " oh yeah bring it on" i said smiling and geting on the back of the Jet Ski holding on to Reidy and he high power thro the watet geting to the Shark Net
" well had on the radio there is no shark so its safe to dive in" said Reidy stoping the Jet Ski and turning it off " ok wish me look" i said as i put on my gogguels "good luck" said Reidy and then gave him a thums up and dived in the water.

The water was cold i swam down to the net qnd cod not see and thing so i swum a little bit more to look at other parst of the net qnd found a dark shap so i went over to it and found some seawead on it so i tock that off and as i was tqcking it of i found somthing i did not want to find the young man that wen missing on monday i just stop and frozz i did not know wht to do all i wanted to do was to be sick i swum up to the top i cod see Reidy not thwt far away still in shock i just waved my had at him to come to me he stated up the Ski and came over to me " so you have fun down there" said Reidy as he git to me he then looket at me " hey whats up" he said not know what to say i just said it the way it happend
"i found the young boy that went missing on monday"
" shark attak" Reidy asked " no looks drowning" i said back to him i pulled my self up on to the matt i was still felling like i was going to be sick and the more i think and talk about it the more i wanted to be sick Reidy redio the tower with what had happend "hey told the tower we got to stay at the point of the boby so the police know to cone Hoppo said they will be here in 30" said Reidy as he looked at me as i sit on the matt "you ok" " ok and i dont know i think i am in shock thats all" i said back to him.

It been 40 min and the police have came to get the boby of the yound man out off the water after they got it Reidy and i went back to the beach Deano and Chappo where there to help get the Jet Ski out the water and hucket up to the rano to get out back as we worked back up to the tower i stop at the steps and just cod not hold it in anymore i was sick a the botum of the steps Reidy stayed with me patting me on my back "its ok just let it all out your ok" Reidy said carming me down will Deano and Chappo went up in to the tower aftef a bit i stop but i was just shaking like mad and still did not know if i wanted to cry or scream Reidy help me up the steps and sat me down on a chear "hey how you doing the police want to have a chat you up too it" asked Hoppo as he nelt on the floor looking at me " i noded at him "ok but you know at anytime you can stop at any min" Hoppo said to me puting a hand on my head

The police came in to the tower i look at them then to Reidy then back to them " hi so who was the lifeguards that found the boby" asked one of the police men "it was me and Sam" said Reidy looking at me then to the police " ok can we have a chat with you both plz" said the police man Reidy look at me as i walk over to the police men and put his hand around my back to cunfert me.

A week later i was back at work on the beach i was ok but still not 100% but i cod not stand sitting at home all day looking out at the beach not doing anything so i went to work Hoppo thor i would be best for me to work in the tower for a little bit but they where atcing the same around me trying not to make me think of what happend where a right good family there all ways there for you when you need some one to chat too

"hey where going out for drinks tonight you up for it Baby Bondi" asked Reidy with that friendy smile he had
" yeah i up for that see you all there" i said smiling back.

Well thats the dream i keep having
